U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance seeking volunteer help in CA

Dear Fellow Sportsmen,

The U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance (USSA) has been fighting for hunting, fishing and trapping rights for over 30 years. The USSA is the premier national organization working to protect sportsmen's rights. As the anti hunting movement grows, so does the brotherhood of sportsmen. The state of California is a hot bed for animal rights and money. We need to get more sportsmen uniting on one front to squash this alarming trend before it is to late.

USSA has a program that can lead this charge. The Local Field Director (LFD) program is designed to get sportsmen involved with USSA and revitalize the sportsmen movement. At the same time, these sportsmen volunteers can get their expenses reimbursed doing the things they love.  Local Field Director tasks include educating the public about conservation, attending sportsmen clubs meeting, passing on outdoor traditions through youth and family outdoor introduction programs such as Trailblazer, helping organize sportsmen during a legislative fight, plus many more activities.

If you have a flexible schedule, a passion for the future of the outdoors and are tired of having your right taken away from you, then this is the volunteer position for you. USSA will pay you for your expenses, give you a small stipend for your time, give you the opportunity to travel to exciting places, all while being on the front lines defending our rights.

If you are interested in getting involved or need more information, contact me at 614-888-4868 ext. 202, or by email at fprice@ussportsmen.org. Please feel free to forward this on to anyone you thing might also be interested in becoming an LFD. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Frank Price

Field Services Director
